2011 will be handing out our 5th and final Monica Award. We will be giving out an award based on votes from all of Region 13 to the team or individual who best represents the spirit of flyball both in and out of the lanes. Monica's love of life, dogs & flyball were a vibrant fixture in our region for the brief time she was here. This is our way to pay tribute to her and tell those special people in our region how much we appreciate their energy & dedication to sport of flyball.

- Up to 3 votes per person can be submitted.
- Votes may be for a club or for an individual.
- Please indicate your first, second and third choice. Please make one choice OR 3 different choices
- First choice will be assigned 3 points, second choice 2 points and third choice 1 point.
- The points from all the votes received will be counted and the individual or club with the highest number of points will receive the award.
- The winner will be announced during the awards ceremony at the Flyball MAINEia tournament.
